Posted by Anonymous (2009-07-28) was the best hotel iv stayed in, well done to the staff at reception for an excellent customer service....going back again this weekend!!!!!!! staff were very professional & very welcoming. one of the best customer service iv received whilst staying in hotel.the room was so clean & the bed was amazing... iv got none - a brill bargin for my money!!!!1 |

Posted by Anonymous (2009-05-01) Disappointed. I've stayed maybe 10 times in the past year - and probably won't again now. Friendly bar staff, good facilities for watching the football The room was in a poor condition, and felt cheap. I've stayed here a few times, and not felt this previously. It felt like I got one of the poorer quality rooms because I had booked through active hotels and got a cheaper rate than I would otherwise have got. |
