Good. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom fab. Unfortunately could not cope with noise of air con system, which was very loud so must of time switched it off which meant it got a bit too warm.

Room fab, breakfast / eating area fab, hotel generally nicely laid out and very modern.

Queuing at reception to check in. Hotel should have a few more desks / staff ready for when lots of people arrive at once to check in. Probably waited 10 to 15 minutes. The price of the room!!! Very high and had no choice but to pay as attending U2 concert at Millennium Stadium. I think that the hotel would know they would be full and could have perhaps not charged the premium rate to ensure we all returned again. Now we will book up early to avoid having to spend so much money for just one night.

Nice hotel but price was very expensive due to the event we were there for (U2 at the Millenium Stadium) and I know I would have been stating that this was poor value for money if this were 12 - 24 months in the future and the hotel had seen more people through it's doors; I understand that supply and demand dictates that hotels are going to increase there prices when there is high demand but the overall product did not match the price.

New hotel so facilities are still very 'unused' and not yet spoilt through wear and tear. Staff were very friendly and professional. Location is good for both centre of Cardiff and Cardiff Bay.

Very limited own car parking - we had to use a local NCP for 2 nights that was not included in the price (or validated by the hotel). In addition we had to pay extra for breakfast (albeit ��10 per person per day but when you've already paid ��360 for 2 nights breakfast ought to be included).

Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Hotel had very friendly and helpful staff and the rooms were comfortable.

Was not happy with the checking ii and out. Room was too cold. Hotel too cold.

Breakfast was good - but charged us ��14.50 and not &10 as quoted on the website. I would not have taken breakfast if I'd known it would be ��14.50.

There was too much air condition in the hotel. Our room was like sleeping in a fridge. The reception area was too cold. Not much welcome in the hotel. Checking in and out was poor. The staff were not well informed of hotel policies and prices. The bathroom had no waste bin - no toilet brush. Very basic.I've stayed in other raddison hotels around the world which were fantastic. Cardiff has a lot to learn.
