Most useful place - just what we required for our visit

Staff were most helpful and very polite.

The Bar opening was haphazard and drinks a little expensive.

i thought WIFI was available, and the restaurant is no longer open which was not stated on the internet

The staff at this hotel are excellent. Very efficient, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was outstanding and I would have loved to stay for longer. I didn't eat there so am unable to comment on the standard of the food etc.

Excellent staff and accommodation.

Little difficult to park but it was a Saturday lunch time and the roads in the surrounding area are very busy.

My stay was ok on the whole, however I think for what the hotel offers it is over priced

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfasts were very nice

The room was very small. There were no lifts in the hotel. I ordered room service 2 nights and the second night the dinner was barely edible. You could barely open the window and the room got very stuffy as it was very small. There was inadequate storage space

As a vegetarian there was only one option on the menu so it meant I had to eat out the second night. Also this rulled out me trying the Sousi.Biscuits would have been nice to go with the Tea making in the room.I will stay with you again.The Staff were very good and helpful.Many ThanksFred

Just the right size for a single room. Not to big or too small.

The creaking floor boards in the hall & the people in the next room who were very noisy getting in at 3am
