The location was excellent- we were attending the concert of Celine Dion at the NIA

fantastic place mail box !! clean , bars fantastic ,, but !!! for ��125.00 a night the hotel was to warm at night ,,no air con ,, checked in and staff sez bar was shut ,, due to wedding on night ,, think hotel could off imbersed people stopping there ,, breakfast was superb ,, staff top notch ,, but if u r payin top dollar ,, ps ,, if u dont eat at the fantastic bars b4 u go back 2 ramada u will be charged ��11.00 4 a tikka sandwich !!! be warned , !! also car parking at ��17.00 a night is a joke !!!!!!!!!!!!!

had i known there was no restaurant in the hotel i would not have booked to stay here the room door lock failed which locked my glasses inside i had to go to the concert which was my reason for being here with out them this was not good as i attend several concerts a year in birmingham i will find alternative accomodation

the room overall was clean and served its purpose

the door entry equipment failed which was very inconvenient also the lack of a restaurant did not help
