Posted by Anonymous (2009-06-26) Generally very good, thank you. Staff were very helpful as I had a 4 month old baby with me. Tricky with so many stairs (main entrance and up for breakfast) with a pram. Had a friend to help lift the pram and no staff offered to help. Also room was on the 1st floor yet we stated we had a pram, so maybe best to be on the ground floor...?? |
