Definately will use the Mount Royal again

The room was excellent as was the service from staff.The evening meal was also very good.

Hotel in ideal position for both shopping and sightseeing. Excellent views. Bar prices surprisingly reasonable.Room cleanliness,room noise and tempertature and breakfast experience means that we shall not return.

Good check in.Excellent young lady on bfast 24/6, I told her that she was the most pleasant and heads up person all week.Bar person evening of 21/6 very attentive and switched on.

Tired room.476. Room too hot and noisy.Side of bath pulling away to reveal dirt build up. poor tiling.Mouldy underneath soap dish on bath.hot bfast buffet unappealing,hard eggs. Left with cereal bowls whilst eating our hot bfast on mon 22/6 which we would have not minded had it been busy.Croissants cooked in a cold oven,bendy and soggy.

I have to say that overall I was not impressed

Good view from room. Breakfast food quality was OK.

I was put in a smoking room which stank - I am a non smoker and requested a non-smoking room. It was not made clear during the online booking process that I would be given a smoking room.I found the staff quite inattentative, especially at breakfast - trying to get someone to come to the table to serve tea was a chore - it wasn't even that busy. The recpetionist broke from his conversation with me to answer the phone and kept me waiting which was annoying.
