Bearable for an overnight stop. Would stay at the Rowan Tree next time.

Basic but clean linen and towels.

In need of a major refurbishment. OAP holiday spot!

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay.The breakfast was very meagre compared to other Hotels we have visited.Parking in the area of the Hotel was a problem, as well as being costly.

Staff very helpful and pleasant.

The plumbing in the Bathroom is in need of a maintenance overhaul, the mixer tap/shower was difficult to turn on and set, and the wash basin cold water tap could hardly turn without great difficulty, it would not be able to be turned on by someone with a Physical impairment.Finally the cistern of the toilet is the noisiest I have heard in 50yrs,we were reluctant to flush it in case it disturbed other guests.

Very good location, beautiful, sea view from the hotel room. Clean beds and towels.

Bathroom not very clean, dirty marks on the walls. Dust, crumbs and hair in the bedside cabinet. Electric heater damaged, and although in working order, did not seem very safe to use.

Good...will visit again sometime...

pleasant staff...breakfast good....service goodsituation of hotel excellent...

interior of hotel a bit tired looking..lift to 5th floor a bit temprimental.
