The location was ideal as they where visiting the Banksy Museum. Warm and friendly reception from the hotel staff.

I booked this hotel as a treat for my son and his girlfriend . They both enjoyed there stay immensely. They where impressed with the cleanliness of the room and its facilities.

Ideal location for purpose of my stay, hotel was 'funky' and I'm sure if I had been allocated a different room, I would have rated it much higher.

Room was clean, bathroom was nice.

Hot water tap provided cold water, cold water tap provided hot.Bedroom was very small and dark.No instructions on phone (i.e. how to obtain outside line), tele, music system etc.Nearest parking space was a fair distance away as very limited parking for hotel - not clearly explained on website.

We enjoyed the garden & had tea after our son's graduation ceremony.The friendliness of the staff made up for the shortcomings.

The reception staff were very friendly & informative. Special mention to Michelle.

The door handle to the bathroom was detached .The shower bracket was loose.My husband was bitten by bed bugs.However the door handle & shower bracket were fixed the next day.

Good

Nice single room, good facilities

Larger towels would be nice, also full length curtains or a blind to avoid being woken up too early by the sun.
