very good

Brilliant location,friendly service/staff,good breakfast.

Bathroom had mould around the bath & bath was cracked badly.

Nice location of hotel. Profesional and nice staff.

A few ligth bulbs didnt work and to much of noise from outside as room 151 is located next to ventilation machinery.

If refurbishment continues this will be a great hotel. HOWEVER: If our bed had been better we would have had a much more enjoyable stay. Just a new mattress would have solved everything. All the other bad points we could have lived with.

Great position in town. Friendly helpful staff. Good view of the sea. Breakfast was nice.

The lift was not working, we were on the 4th floor and had a 4 month old baby + buugy etc to cope with. Our bed was small and EXTREMELY uncomfortable, and no cot was provided although requested in advance and assured it was available in our room. I was too tired to request one once we were ready for bed.The breakfast area was very cramped and busy. However I believe the hotel was full.

Ok, a little pricey with no parking/parking deals. Would be in my list of hotels to look at when I book at same time every year.

Comfortable & adequate for my group

Parking, un flexible with early breakfast on sunday morning, poor shower

Was placed in a basment room when I had booked a sea view smoking.Room was so damp the walls were wet and the smell was terrible. I demanded to be moved.

HOTEL WAS IN A LOVELY POSITION IN BRIGHTON BUTIS IN DIRE NEED OF UPGRADING. STAFF FRIENDLY AND BUFFET BREAKFAST VERY GOOD.

WHERE HOTEL WAS SITUATED.

NEEDS REDECORATING -CURTAINS AND BEDDING VEY OLD AND SHABBY.
