fantastic relaxing weekend. great hotel

this is a fabulous hotel, in a great location, for shopping, as well as close proximity to the Roayl albert Hall

A magical weekend in a magical city!

If you want to live like a King or Queen for the weekend, then this is the place for you. Excellent views of Hyde Park, the facilities are great and the food in the restaurant is heavenly.

If you are still on a budget, despite this big spend, be warey of add-ons that you might assume are free such as water with your meal and morning papers.

Very enjoyable, I would recommend a stay here to anyone.

Excellent bedroom, with very comfortable bed and extremely spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was efficient, location was ideal for those visitng london and arriving at Paddington station.

Very few, there is a spa called 'soma' which is separate from the hotel - this does not have pool/jacuzzi facilities that perhaps would be expected from a 5* hotel.

Very good will stay again and recommend to friends

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful particulaly the concierge.

There were no bad points but you should put on your web site that the resturant is being refurbished it would help in the overall planning.
