None of the bad points bothered me but some others may not like it especially female guests. For value and access to events it was a great stay and the staff are great

ideally situated for where we needed to go...close to underground. got what you paid for. hot continental breakfast consisted of spoonful of beans ,a fried egg and toast!

value for money..perfect location

room was cold and rather noisy as infront of busy road

My friends and I were loking for an overnight stay whilst we were seeing a band at shepherds bush empire. We expected, due to the low price (��73 for the 3x of us!) for it to be a bit dingy. What a surprise! It was spotless, free parking on the streets just behind the house all weekend. we expected just cereals but had cereasl and was offered toast with beans and egg!! Absolutely fab value for money - intend to revisit with our friends!

Free parking in nearby streets at weekend. Fantastic value for money, hotel was spotless, would definately use again when visiting Shepherds Bush Empire - took about 5 mins to walk to it (and rollback!)

Nothing - it was really good value for money.

This was THE worst accomadation that i have ever stayed in. The breaktfast consisted of toast, hard fried egg and beans served straight from the tin & the butter tasted sour. It was so bad that we decided to eat breakfast out the following morning.When we checked in we were asked to pay CASH, we insisted paying by card.The only reason we stayed was the theatre was only 5mins walk!!
