Great place to stay, would definitely use again.

We had an excellent long weekend in this part of the UK and Rutlands was a very good place to start trips from.

Very welcoming owners. Very good breakfast. Excellent location, both generally (Kent/Sussex) as well as in town (beach/seaside). Good pub (with good food) almost next door. Good parking. Close to Dover-Calais

Bed was too short for a tall person. TV receipt was very bad. Single rooms are always very small. No ensuite bathroom
