Tolerable for one night.Would probably stay again but only for one night

Well placed hotel for connections to Portsmouth/Southsea.

Poor bathroom facilities - no bath, no washbasin soap, weak water pressure - no power shower.

Good stay,no compaints.

Excellant value both for the room & the restaurant,where the portions were large & the price good value.

An old hotel looking tired & in need of internal modernisation.

Overall happy with my stay and would stay again.

Good location for IOW festival and hovercraft. Friendly staff at hotel, made to feel very welcome. Comfy bed and great breakfasts!

Decor a little dated in the room - may need updating a little.

Very pleasant

Cleanliness & service very good

Outer door lock was changed & not given a new key that fitted. Luckily another member of our party did have a key that fitted the outer lock or we would have been unable to get into the hotel after midnight. Bar should have been open after 11.00pm to residents.

overall experience was good and we enjoyed our stay at RYDE CASTEL. We also enjoyed beautiful sea views from hotel.

fast check in, cleaness, nice and friendly staff, good view and location.

as we are vegeterian in the breakfast there are not any veg menu. there should be any vegeterian item like veg-sandwitch or Veg Sausages or hasbrown.

Good

Staff were very helpful and friendly; breakfast was good. There was a great seaview from the room.

The room was noisy - we could hear people talking in another room for most of the night; the room was also hot, even though the radiators were off.
