Overall was quite pleased with stay, and would stay again but next time would be more prepared with cleaning cloths etc. These are not the best apartments I have ever stayed in, but they could be worse.

Excellent location, overall nicely decorated, lovely gardens, quiet, more private and personal than staying in a hotel, good customer service from Sue Young when I raised the problems with my online booking with her, kitchen well equipped in terms of utensils, lovely comfortable bed.

size of deposit payable at booking, not exlpicit on website. Previous damage to apartment evident. Small TV and stereo, poor quality DVD player. No washing up liquid, dish cloths, cooking oil etc. No personal touches e.g. bread and milk. It wasn't clear on arrival how to get from car park at the back to front of building (paperwork suggested we would be given a key for the gate, but we did not receive one.)

Excellent location but would have liked to have known number of house,apartment etc on confirmation of booking to allow delivery of groceries etc. Would like to have known about traffic noise to allow a choice to sleep at back of building overlooking garden as loud traffic noise. Very clean - facilities excellent. Enjoyed stay otherwise very much.

Living room was very smoky on arrival. Bedrooms both v noisy due to traffic noise from Hagley road

An excellent value for money alternative to a hotel. The booking process was smooth and trouble free and the accommodation was comfortable and far more spacious than staying in a hotel. I went for a 2 bedroom apartment and was glad that there was 2 bathrooms.

MUCH BETTER THAN STAYING IN HOTEL...DEFINATELY GOOD VALUE.

THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN, HAD ALL ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS,

NO DISLIKES.
