if i every go to leeds again or i am asked about b&b i will say try the st micheal guisthouse without any queston

no body check on you after you have book in and srevice at breadfast was good

the only bad point was breadfast on weekdays witch was betwean 0700-0800 what i think its to early if you are on holiday or away just for rest from home life

Not a very good stay. Room tired and dirty carpet which was cut/torn right where you walk.

Good car parking. Friendly staff on arrival.

Carpet stained and cut in walking area. Wall paper painted over and coming off wall. No soap. No hand wash in bathroom.Very noisy from room above when people moved around. TV on desk and could not watch from bed. TV remote not working. Premises old and tired.

excellent value for money and convenient for headingley. recommended.

close to cricket ground which i was visiting, good value for money

no soap in either dispenser in the bathroom
