Very Good - just let down by the horrendous wait for breakfast on the Saturday

Room very comfortable/clean. Food excellent, views excellent. The wifi internet access worked well for the week I was there except for the Monday evening but was fixed by the time I returned on Tuesday, plus the wifi is free.

Can't really fault it except for having to wait 30 minutes for the full English breakfast to arrive on the Saturday morning even though during the week they could manage it in 10 to 15 and that was a long enough but acceptable wait.

Lovely hotel room with a fantastic view over Poole harbour.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel room was lovely and clean

I was staying there for a wedding and the reception did not seem very well organised

We had a very good overnight stay.

Hotel position is excellent , we had a lovely view of the bay from our windows.Room was good size and very clean.

Shower could have been more powerfull.

Good experience

Great service by all employees . Restaurant service very good too.Accompanied by our two dogs - very easy and staff very helpful. Will be staying again.

The Hotel was excellent, food excellent and extremely pleasant staff. No issues at all. Great value for money.

The Hotel was well situated with amazing sea views. The food was very good and the staff extremely friendly. The rooms were quite spacious and very relaxing. The price was very affordable for the experience.

The Bar seemed to close a little early, 9pm, but to be fair there were no guests to serve at that time.
