OK but disappointed

Light modern comfortable

Incredibly loud road traffic all night outside upstairs bedroom, Noise from other residents till 3.am above upstairs bedroom - modern taps broken or damaged - taxi drivers could not find the place did not know the name Holyrood apartments

The place was nice, however I would not stay in an apartment hotel again because of the reasons I stated.

It was a very nice apartment. It was clean and spacious. The location was convenient.

I came straight from my flight to the retail shop to check in. It was supposed to be open. There was no one there and nor did anyone pick up the phone (I called 3 times). I called the cancellation line and they also tried and could not reach anyone or help me check in. As a result, I had to go straight to my graduation with my suitcases. I was unable to freshen up after a long flight from Canada. This was very inconvenient. Also, the noise from the cars and birds was so lound I was unable to sleep. This was especially exhausting after a long flight.

The staff at check-in appeared initially very stressed but once they got round to service us, everything went smoth
