We had a fantastic time, and wish that we had known about this hotel earlier.It was easy to get to, in the middle of theatre land and was very comfortable and great.

Position, Value for money, comfort, facilities.

Found no bad points at this hotel.

A pleasure to rest in and would definately visit again. brilliant for theater land and embankment.

excellent spacious room, amazing bathroom with brilliant functions. very spacious double bed. overall a brilliant way to impress your certain other, i took mine there for her birthday!

unfortunatly ( and minor problem once your inside) but the outside of the building does look a tad shabby, especially with the building works adjacent to it, and the dead rat we saw on the walk up to the hotel wasnt the most flattering. courtyard view was virtually non existant at night, which is a shame cause its quite nice during the day, perhaps some courtyard lights?

I would say that for the location, the views (we paid for a river view), the peace and quiet and size of the room, and the friendly service, it was fantastic. Quality of all fittings, bedding etc was as expected and we were by no means disappointed. To sum up, I would stay here again for the location, river views and peace, but if I wanted greater luxury then I would try the Waldorf Hilton, The May Fair or London Bridge Hotel (premium room).

Incredibly polite and friendly staff, amazing views from higher floors (6+), size of room, size of bed, coffee machine in the room, location of hotel, general standard of decor within the hotel.

Switching the air-con off in the night was almost impossible. Very strange system. Ours may have been faulty but we didn't feel like asking at 4 in the morning! Special request for an upper floor room was just ignored, as when we then asked if we could be moved it was no problem at all so they could have honoured this in the first place. Slight drainage smell in foyer, though this didn't affect the upper corridors or the rooms. We were charged more than was stated in our booking confirmation, though this was refunded when questioned.

Lovely hotel, great staff but as previously mentioned the smell put me off it was quite bad, and for this reason only I would not stay again concidering the price of the rooms, which is a shame because we often stay overnight when we go to the theatre or to a restaurant.

Lovely view from hotel room and great coffee, staff friendly, location excellent for the theatre/covent garden

just a shame the hotel smelt of drains, and I had to use my chanel perfume to freshen air in room, it was a strong smell through out hotel, this was a shame as apart from that I would have returned but that has put me off

Only comment would be the price for drinks in the bar, just short of ��16.00 for two drinks (bottle of beer and a vodka/blackcurrent/lemonade).

Well appointed room, clean, nice room accessories great coffee machine.
