Oustanding and memorable. A delightful introduction to Yorkshire and an incentive to visit again soon! It was relayed to staff what an outstanding meal and dining experience we enjoyed.

Very friendly, genuinely helpful staff who appeared to have outstanding customer focus. Excellent value for money, outstanding restaurant experience, bounteous breakfast! Quality room and lovely, easy to reach location. Would not hesitate to book again and recommend to others.

Struggling to find any - the cold tap (as per the note left in the room) needed a replacement washer as it did not always stop the water running when turned fully. A minor gripe, but would need fixing lest another customer has more trouble and is kept awake by running water!

good value for money. staff should have allocated rooms with more thought

good leisure facilities. v.helpful staff. good breakfast

put on the same floor as wedding guests. Did not get to sleep until after 2am due to constant shouting on the coridoor, poor nights sleep
