It was convenient and pleasant, I hope they are all very successful.

The Staff were extremely helpful, polite and put themselves out to help. They accomodated me with late breakfast and dinner when it was impossible for me to be at the hotel at the right time.

the hotel is obviously in the process of being refurbished, (painted and smartened up), which was not a problem, but it will be so much nicer when it is finished.

good food.good service

doors didn't lock from inside.ordered champagne for in the room, had to chase it up!!!hairdryer not working properly.had to fix the tv as it wasn't working when we arrived.

very enjoyable, food was fantastic at the hotel and very reasonable.

staff were excellent and very courteous at all times. Lovely clean bed & clean towels provided everyday, nothing was a bother to them, lovely staff.

in need of updating the decor, especially in the rooms.
