Very nice, spacious, gracious hotel.

Very comfortable bed and pillows! Nice neighborhood, too. The soap smelled very fragrant and refreshing.

booked two rooms, very spacious. given a free upgrade to a suite which was very comfortable.

Great location near Oxford Street, but not noisy at night

disappointing breakfast and staff seemed more concerned with getting me to sign as breakfast was not included in our rate and the bill was put on the table before I'd even had a cup of tea! that's why i've rated staff performance as low. Also noone was on the door when we arrived. There is a flight of stairs and it wouldn't be easy for some guests to manage their bags without assistance.

On the whole a pleasant experience.

Good location. Impressive entrance. Room well appointed. Staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast room very busy. Service and quality at breakfast could have been improved.

very good

all staff were friendly and attentive, the scented hand towels to freshen up at reception were a very nice touch. A conveniant location for theatreland if able to walk.
