beds are big enought for two people, bath room has both show and tube, very clean. the hotel lobby is very beautiful.

when booking this hotel, I had the impression, the breakfast is included and it turned out it will charge extra, disapointed.

Lovely hotel, great position for the West End. Our second visit.

Great shower room and very comfy beds. Biscuits with tea tray.

Windows didn't open and were opaque so had no idea of the weather outside. Room air conditioning was very good though so we were comfortable but I had to ring reception to find out if it was hot and sunny or pouring with rain - they didn't mind!

Very positive. Even during a busy breakfast, nothing was too much trouble.

Really friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and seemed genuinely interested in us as people rather than just customers. We stayed on the 7th floor which is very contemporary and fits modern London very well.

No newspaper!

Overall, good. The room was excellent as were the hotel surroundings.

Excellent service. Particularly the staff in and around reception.The building was very beautiful, as was Russel Square (park) directly opposite the hotel. Excellent public transport links, bus stop opposite the hotel, underground 2 mins walk around the corner.

Breakfast was vastly overpriced and not particularly good - service slightly lacking. Beverages poor.
