Standard of hotel, quality of facilities

Room very warm, air con very noisy blowing directly onto the bed

Efficient process and quality hotel

No headboard on bedHad to queue for breakfast for 45 minutes then (understandably) breakfast restuarant was crowded and foodstuffs ran out quickly. If it is usual that there are busy breakfast times (we chose 10 am with opening hours from 7am - 11am) then that should be made clear at check-in.

a very relaxing overnight stay just what we needed

a beautiful first class hotel service ecxcellent

valet parking was a little slow at returning car although we were warned it was busy time
