We had a very nice time, the evening meal was lovely, the room was great, a nice old looking room, very different and nice.

Room, food, staff, price, everything was perfect. Thank you for a memerable wedding anniversary.

None really, maybe at a push the lift was creeky, but i blamed my husbands weight on that ha ha.

Overall a very pleasant stay and would love to go back someday .

Room was really lovely.Breakfast very varied and substantial something to suit all.Hotel excellently situated for all we wanted to do.

Trains starting up at 5 in the morning a bit of a shock to the system .Next time i will request a room on the other side.I dont think the odd latecomer should be told breakfast is finished when there are still others eating and the food is piled up.A glass of wine at 6.35 is far too expensive .

excellent location, wonderful room and bathroom

sound proofing of the windows. Not the hotels fault but manchester is a very noisey city - young revellers!! I would suggest that the windows are second glazed which would improve the noise

Clean hotel, good location and friendly staff. Decent breakfast

Room was a little dated and I couldn't open the windows so it was really stuffy.

wonderful hotel building, well situated in centre of town

VERY VERY noisy in rooms at front of hotel on Friday night - there is a club opposite that doesn't close till 4am
