Excellent. It surpassed our expectations and was very much part of a special two-day visit to Manchester.

Excellent central location. Well designed appartment that was very well equipped. Polite, smiling and attentive staff. We appreciated the upgrade when we checked-in.

No 'bad' points. Potential improvements to consider: 1. offering an option of hard and soft bed mattresses2. the kettle in the appartment kitchen should have a better pouring spout

Staff were extremely, polite, friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Superbly renovated building, central to the city. Comfortable and clean. we'd definitely stay again.

Bed mattress was a little uncomfortable and needed replacing.

First class place at a first class price in a first class location

There is, for us, no other alternative when staying in Manchester - okay the upholstery on the settee was a little threadbare but apart from that everything else was perfection. The staff were delightful.

Extraordinarily good value for money, easy to get to, good parking and very close to the city centre

would have liked a bigger bar area and food could be much improved, the staff were very nice and car parking was very safe.

it was very clean and spacious

a small bar area and very poor breakfast and food availibility
