Registering through activehotels doesn't tie in correctly the hotel - My booking wasn't relayed correctly to them..

Little shocked at how far away it was from Halifax town centre. Think this should be stressed on your website.

Excellent food and service. Made to feel comfortable about being a woman staying alone.

Enjoyed, would stay again, good specification, could do with more leisure type facilities, the drinking area is very nice but maybe a bit clinical.

good location, good specifications, friendly efficient staff. very comfortable room

Not bad, but, bed reading lights are lacking. TV not fully tuned in.
