central to everything in oban

double room was alot smaller than expected - not good for with a baby.we were put on 5th floor and with only one lift that was constantly busy with luggage bein brought up and down from coach parties we had to use stairs alot. car park was tiny about 10 spaces max and was awkward to get in and out.

The hotel served the purpose, namely a place to sleep which was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was well situated for coach and ferry. The room was comfortable and en-suite good. The breakfast was of a high standard.

Staff could have cared a bit better, there was a large group staying in the hotel but the staff on the whole appeared indifferent. The corridors were tired looking and required a coat of paint and the carpet either cleaned or renewed.

not bad really, a room away from the road would have been much better.

very good breakfast, well attended by staff

high level of noise from the street, traffic and noisy drinkers.

Old delapadated building & fittings.Furniture old and in very por condition.
