Excellent location and fantastic view - comfortable. Biscuits with tea making facilities would have been good. Expensive room service.

Long waiting time for lifts.

Good. I would stay again for the price I paid.

Easy to get to. Good car parking at a reasonable price for London. Friendly and efficient staff. General room standard good. Good location.

Bathroom a bit dated. A long wait for the lifts. Exterior of hotel needs an 'uplift'. Terrible breakfast queues.

Wonderful!

Excellent location where we wanted. Brasserie food was excellent also.

the hotel was looking nice.

the air conditioner in bath room was out of order.I have book non smoking room but it was not available.they sent me to a better veiw smoking room.there was not enough suger in cabinet
