An all round enjoyable stay,with polite and helpfull staff and good secure Parking

As we didn't enter Bristol from the M4,we did have a bit off a job finding the hotel

Very good

The room was clean and very nice

Someone was banging continuously on the door at 8:45 in the morning and didn't identify themselves, which was annoying and a bit unnerving.

Disappointed but served a purpose for our trip. Won't stay in a Thistle hotel again I'm afraid

Great location to Coleston Hall and Cabot Circus and staff were very obliging in the main. Reception and dining area very well presented.

Room was shabby, bed far too soft, anti-alergy pillows requested twice and not given, remote control not working-reported but no action taken, no mini bar and no switch for the heated towel rail.

A nice stay, the room could have been updated a little, and some of the lightbulbs didn't work - but comfortable and clean. Was expensive at ����140 per night, when the web site says rooms from ����65. There were certainly none available at any lower price when I enquired.

very central location, pleasant surroundings and helpful, polite staff.

Nightmare to find in the central Bristol one way system. Directions on the website were not easy to follow.
