A very comfortable stay, which saved us setting off very early in the morning to journey to East Midlands Airport.

Check in was easy and very informative. Was able to park my car while I went on holiday. Courtacy shuttle was on time and a taxi was waiting to return us to the hotel.

Will not be using the hotel again

Hotel reception staff efficient, room clean and tidy. Outside space very disappointing. Room looked onto a grass courtyard which COULD be very attractive but weeds growing through the paths and unmown grass makes it look very shabby indeed.

Several children belonging to guests at a wedding taking place at the hotel were allowed to run screaming up and down bedroom corridors from 7pm until 2am the following morning with no action taken by staff

all very acceptable.the only problem was with the carvery - a bit cold.

High class, great quality and superb value for money. The food was slightly expensive but wonderfully prepared and served

The additional 5 pounds for parking makes it seem cheap Id have prefered it if it was included
