Great weekend

Excellent value for money, easy to find, large bedroom.

Easy access to the West Cliff area of Bournemouth. Good Bar facilities.

Parking was a little crowded some times.

Clean, comfortable reasonable-sized bedrooms and lounge and nice dining room.Reception available throughout the day with good service.In a quiet street, yet near to green overlooking sea and not too far from centres of activity, including restaurants.

Breakfast starts at 8:30 (unless you request it for 8:15) which for some purposes is very late; it ought to start at 8:00 with an option to request it even earlier.We did not come by car, but they probably need to warn people that parking space is limited in the area.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

The bedroom was in need of redecoration, but was adequate. The bathroom was very small with only a shower no bath.
