Great location, friendly reception, spacious rooms and very well appointed

Excellent location, room was large, great help from reception

Booking was confusing. When we tried to book directly on the Umi site there was no availability. Then we tried through a booking agent type web site and get a room so that was strange. Breakfast was confusing, what was availalble, how you ordered and what was available. But lovely when it came to eating it!

Couldn't fault it really!

Size of the room, bathroom

The room was a bit cold in the evening. It only had a plug in radiator which didn't keep the room very warm.
