It you go to windsor for a short stay, i will recommend this hotel

The room is quite nice and clean and the stuffs are very friendly. The english breakfast is good, but the food is not enough!

A cheap hotel so guess you get what you are paying for. If the owners paid as much attention to the rooms as they are to the gardens, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Location was great, being quiet overlooking the park, and staff were friendly.

Had us booked as 2 x single rooms and not twin ensuite as booked and confirmed, so eventualy accepted doubleroom (also had addit single bed) situated above restaurant kitchen = noisy.Bedside locker bottom drawer fell off, been broken. No where to hang towels in the bathroom or no hooks for clothes or anywhere to put toilet bags.Shower base had not been cleaned and black bits of something had to be cleaned out first.No privacy, room should have net curtains up as everyone walking outside looked straight into the room. Only one bedside lamp which you could not read by, as too dark a shade.

No available street maps, but staff were very helpful at giving directions. Also it was not advertised that the restaurant only serves Indian dishes for dinner.

Staff were excellent, very curteous, Very nice breakfast bar

No batteries in the tv remote,shower head loose unable to stay in position,water cold had to boil the kettle to shave, and room not very clean.
