Friendly and helpful host. Room was spotless. Good selection for breakfast. Ideally located for the beach and town. Highly recommended.

Really friendly couple turning a traditional hotel into something very special. They are part way through which means some aspects, in particular the bathrooms, are not yet upgraded but they are perfectly servicable and clean. Up-to-date decor, nice relaxing atmosphere. Just a few minutes away from the beach and some good restaurants, but in a quiet back road which means little overnight traffic noise.Fully recommended!

Comfortable bed. Real feather pillows. Quiet overnight. Great decor. Friendly management. Splendid breakfast. We could go on....

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel which is in a good position for the beach and town in Boscombe. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very good and I can't wait to see the bedrooms when they are finished, if they are anything like the reception areas they will be excellent. We will definitely be coming back.
