Basically a job well done by all. Thansk you for making it home for a couple of niights.

There seemed to be alot of noise in my room from the coridoor. Room to Room seemed fine but if anyoine walked down the coridoor then you heard it. This could be easily resolved by a better door isolating the beed room from the bathroom and thus the coridoor.

I recommend this place as an alternative to a hotel if you stay in London for more than 3 days because it feels more homy than a hotel. Excellent location in Bayswater with plenty of excellent restaurant options. At last a place to stay in central London with nothing left to be desired. Nice refurbished rooms, well-appointed and very comfortable. NO lift so be warned if you're staying on the top floor which is where I was but I did ask for it. No cooked breakfast but you can shop at M&S in Whiteleys and store it in your room's fridge and cook it yourself in the morning.

Delightful experience, definitely visit again where there's a changce.

Staff extremely friendly and polite. Good cleaning service. Laundry service, video rental, flowers on table.

Very efficient and friendly staff, spotlessly clean, good location.

Good location and spotlessly clean. Reception staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

Room a little small and lack of space to store provisions.

good location and accommodation

a shame that a good quality plasma tv with a great range of Freeview channels is mounted too high so you cant see it without standing up. Yes I did try tilting it, etc, but cant risk damaging the equipment
