Good relaxing break however would not recommend eating or drinking at the hotel.Great local hostelries around at substantially lower prices.Would stay again but only for the facilities and would use local establishments for the socialising.

Well presented venue. A bit cramped for lounge facilities. Great location for exploring the area and a hop over to France.Pool, Gym facilities great.

We had two rooms for a joint booking but one was superior to other.Not what I would call 4 star more 2 - 3. Very high bar prices. Only fixed a la carte menu also not of 4 star quality and pricey for the selection. Everything was at an extra charge.

Despite bad points we are looking forward to the opportunity of returning, we had a lovely relaxing break. I would suggest that someone finds out why our booking was mislaid as it could have been a cause of major disappointment. If anyone books online I would recommend phoning hotel to check they have record of it.

Hotel location and facilities were excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was overcooked Saturday but perfect on Sunday, different Chef perhaps?? Great choice as well.

They had no record of our booking even though we had booking confirmation and number. Luckily this wasn't a problem as they had a room - just as well!!! We were upgraded to four poster bedroom which was lovely although the bathroom was a major disappointment. Bath very small and shower pathetic, certainly didn't justify the price asked for this room and would have been cause for complaint had we paid full price for it.
