Satisfactory.

Breakfast was excellent

At time of booking you were unable to offer me a guaranteed parking space.Because of this we had to travel by public transport, which I found to be most unsatisfactory.

STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY

THE SHOWERS` THERMOSTAT WASN`T WORKING SO THE WATER WAS FAR TO HOT FOR A SHOWER.IT WAS TOO LATE TO REPORT (ONCE IN SHOWER !!) ,NO TIME NEXT DAY.

The room was quiet and away from the lift as we requested when bookinghe breakfast was an 'eat all you want' style buffet and was tasty, but overpriced, especially if, like my wife,, yoiu only had 3 pieces of toast and a cup of tea for your tenner. Still, overall no complaints and pleasantly surprised to find somewhere in central Wembley that was quiet and comfortable. Constructive criticism - I would have been irritated and not bothered to respond had I written this in capitals only to find yoiur comments at the bottom of the page - the 'NO CAPITALS' should be at the top of the page so yoiu see this first.

Clean, fairly recently decorated, large comfortable bed with good pillows, radiator that worked well.
