Disapointing

Bedding for the second child (5 years old) did not arrive until after 11pm.Tea tray not refreshed for second day.Service at breakfast poor both days.No real ale in bar, despite being advertised.

Everything was clean and tidy, staff very polite. For the two days it was a pleasant stay.

Full English breakfast very good, sevice good, food quick and hot.

Inadequate parking for its size.Security at the reception desk a problem in the evenings.'Freeview' not working in my room hence picture quality poor, never fixed during stay, requested three times to be fixed!New extension to hotel noisey.

this is not a 3 star hotel we kept looking for basil faulty
