More of the feel of a hotel than staying in a pub with good parking.Recommend walk along sea front to Silverdale/Far Arnside then back over Arnside Knott. Catch the train to Grange or Cark (for Cartmel) or if wet shopping in Lancaster. Will definately return.

Situation of hotel excellant with lovely views and close proximity to railway station.Stayed in Lakeland room which had both front and side view of bay. Intended to eat in only 1 night and try the other pub in village however food so good and excellant value had dinner both nights of our stay.Stayed midweek therefore no problem with loud music as reported on Sat nights.(live bands)

None for us but note they have live bands Sat nights (may be good or bad depending on your point of view) No lift so if this problem ask not to be on top floor (did not bother us).

Overall a very enjoyable stay

The room was of excellent order with a lovely view over the estuary.

We had the offer of the day which entailed a steak which was unfortunately rather on the tough side.

disappointed that a deposit was taken on my credit card at the time of booking as I was unable to find any details of this on the confirmation email or booking form

We enjoyed our stay but might not choose that particular Hotel next time.

Staff were helpful and friendly and really very pleasant.

Room was not special. Bedding was clean but could have been newer. Room was chilly.

Definately would recommend the Hotel.

Room excellant, staff very friendly, food very good.

More choice for breakfast, full english good, but would have liked to have fruit in the morning for a choice.
