Liked: The food is good value for money, we had breakfast and dinner both nights. There is a good selection and you can order childrens meals if they don't fancy anything at no extra cost. We also had a couple of bar lunches and they were very good for the price to. Our room was huge with a sea view. We all had plenty of space. We found the room to be clean Nd the maids were very thorough.
Disliked: Thr bar prices can be a bit sharp but other than that it's a great little place to stay.

Not good had to depart...

Liked: We booked in on Saturday20th April for 2 nights but had to leave on the Sunday morning due to the banging of doors . On the Saturday evening while resting in bed watching TV, I was so afraid with the fighting in room 137 as we were in flat 136. I had to get dressed and go to the reception and ask for a security person to visit room 137. which seemed to quit down for a short time, then the TV was so loud I was left awake until 6-30am
Disliked: I have been to the hotel twice before as a group and had no issues, I am a sheltered Housing manger and done group books which was amazing. I feel the hotel has went down on arrival and going to the room had to go back to reception as no towels ,the sheet on the bed was crisp white we had a double room the sheet was mile to big.

Fantastic one night stop

Liked: Friendly staff really willing to help, even putting my cool bag in there freezer overnight. It?s very close to Folkestone eurotunnel so fantastic for a stop over. I have stayed here 2 years running and plan to in the future.
Disliked: It very dated and in dire need of a refurb. Wouldn?t want to do a holiday there but fab for a one night stop.

Awful. Chose it for ease...

Disliked: Dreadful staff, casually swearing during check in service while watch the 10 years play on the gambling machines, greeted by police on the door handling abusive drunken people as we arrived, the hotel stank of cigarettes and was filthy.
