The hotel is 3 star rac rated and is located 5 minutes walk from the centre of town, 7 miles off the North/South a1 and 17 miles from the m1/m62. Set in 4 acres of private gardens, the hotel is just minutes from The International Conference Centre. Leeds airport is 12 miles away, and there is a railway station in Harrogate. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations to the lounge and lift, due to be completed by April 2007. Disruption is minimal.

Hotel Directions

From London take the M1 to J32 onto M18. At J2 go onto A1(M) then A661 and A59 to Harrogate. From Glasgow M74/A74 then M6 towards Penrith then A66 to Scotch Corner. Go South on A1 then take junction 48 (Boroughbridge) and follow A6055 to Harrogate. From Newcastle upon Tyne take the A1 and A6055 as above. The nearest Airport is Leeds/Bradford Airport which is served by regular flights from all over the country. The train station in Harrogate is serviced by connections from London, York, Leeds, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Please note that there will be limited to no parking available on site from Monday 22 June 2009 through until the end of July 2009, due to construction work taking place in the hotel grounds.

POLICIES: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
