Liked: Perfect location if your main purpose is go to London ExCel, it takes only 7 mins walk.Good restaurant and bar in the main hall.Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Not recommended for elder people and long way traveller to stay!Because they have No elevator and the stairs was narrow! It was extremely horrible experiences for me to pull my luggages to third floor after a very long day.

I suppose the hotel provided...
Liked: The location is the hotel's main asset. it is a short walk to the Excel centre, the DLR station. It has accessible parking for authorised permit holders only. The hotel issues the parking permit for its clients.
The breakfast was good value.
Disliked: The ground floor lounge bar area is also the breakfast room for the hotel. Unfortunately is is dingy and stale. The full floor carpet is very dirty and there was an odour of vomit in one corner. It was not a suitable environment for small children to have breakfast. The room was at the top of several flights of winding narrow stairs and there is no elevator.

Liked: Very nice help offered by the front desk and very nice room keeping. Neat and cozy room.
Disliked: I tried to call the hotel after I had come back to China, asking about the payment invoice. The call was expensive but they quickly hang up even before we made everything explained. I also sent an email to the hotel but no one replied. If I cannot get the invoice and my employer cannot pay the trip for me. Sad.

Liked: WE MADE phone call to booking .com and to the hotel to specially tell that we wanted a TWIN BEDDED ROOM. yOU CONFIRMED IT AS BUT WHEN GOT THERE THEY DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS@
WE HAD TO GO YO THIRD FLOOR DRAGGING OUR LUGGAGE THEN FOUND OUT ITS ONLY A FOUR FOOT SIX INCH BED. WE HAVE NEVER SLEPT IN A SMALL BED THAT WHY REQUESTED A TWIN BEDS.
THAT TMIE THEY HAD NO STAFF TO DO TWIN BEDS SO WE HAD TO SLEEP IN TWO SEPARATE ROOMS .
THEN NEXT DAY THEY GOT US A TWIN BEDS. BUT THE TWIN BEDS WERE NOT 3 FT BEDS THE WERE 2.6 FT BEDS. THIS WAS OUR 41ST ANNIVERSARY WEEK END.

Liked: From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. On booking we requested a twin room but unfortunately there was none available to the following day. After enquiring about this they handed us another room key for the night so we were comfortable. Best 2 nights sleep I?ve had in a long time. The bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely and hot. Ideal location and not far from the DLR. we will be returning for definitely, thank you to ALL the staff for being so accommodating
