JS, visiting O2 ABC Glasgow Sat, 17 October 2015

Can't praise the staff enough. We arrived and were running late to get to an appointment and they couldn't have been more helpful. The staff at breakfast were also very pleasant and helpful.

Liked: Fantastic staff!
Disliked: Decor a little bit tired but in the process of upgrading.

Wouldn't stay again..showed best rooms...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The fact our room was on facing a busy road which proved VERY noisy considering our windows were so old they didn't shut properly, didn't sleep a wink all night. Both my partner and I got scalded in the shower...went ice cold the scalding hot on and off. The room was very dated, the bathroom wasn't nice at all, black mould around bath, walls and didn't smell fresh.

Liked: I woke up late so restaurant was closed for breakfast but they still let me have one ? only didn't get coffee but I was short on time so didn't really matter
Disliked: room wasn't made up even though they said I could go into the room - just left the luggage

Glasgow get away

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and it is good value. Parking also a bonus
Disliked: There was a damp smell in our corridor and room. I bought an air freshener to use in the room.

Liked: Rooms were clean, comfortable, staff are all friendly, quiet area and five minute walk to the town centre overall there Isn't a lot more you could ask for out of a hotel. The price was a bargain and This hotel will definitely be on top of my list next time I chose to come to Glasgow. The only thing I can?t comment on was breakfast as I never got up early enough for it,
Disliked: Very minor and it never effected my stay, the walls are a little thin but with it being a relatively quiet area it didn?t effect me much.

Good value but get the...

Liked: Big rooms. Good value (includes breakfast) and has good size parking spaces. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Good location with bus stop right in front of the hotel. I chose the hotel as I had a 9am meeting in the West End.
Disliked: We were given a room on the second floor and the person above was thumping a fair bit for a good 2-3 hours. (The room is spacious, but not THAT spacious that you'll want to walk around the room in circles). It was a nightmare to sleep but not the hotel's fault. However, front desk (we called the staff on night shift around 1am) could have been exercised a little bit more common sense instead of telling us that 'it's the noise from the road' - pretty sure two person hearing thumping noises verifies I'm not hallucinating and plus, we could hear a little bit of traffic (very mild) in the background and were ok with that.

Liked: Best value Hotel in great area. Great Breakfast
Disliked: This is a quality budget hotel - just keep in mind what you?ve paid for this area. Some rooms are a bit tired, but definitely worth every penny.
