Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Beds were a little hard. No family room. Children had to share pull out bed.

Relaxing and enjoyable.
Liked: Free cookies! Staff were friendly. Good location to DLR.
Disliked: No free water. No fridge in room. Pillows too soft. No extra pillows or blankets in room.

An excellent destination for airport...
Liked: The entire package just WORKS! Food, staff, comfort and value for money are excellent
Disliked: It will soon be time for a refurb in the public spaces. Particularly the bedroom corridors.

Disliked: For some reason the Hilton group decide to take an extra room rate without your permission for holding and then pay it back which then takes 5 days to reach your account. For example. I payed for 2 rooms which were 218 for both. Popped my card in. Authorised the £218. Checked my bank and bosh they have taken £327. Why? Because apparently it?s the system. But apparently the staff don?t know the system and don?t warn you that this will happen. So just check before you pay. We had the same thing in the Hilton?s we have stayed in over in the USA. Don?t get me wrong, the hotels are good but this is a slight fault with their customer service. This is probably the last time I will stay in a Hilton as it slightly niggles at me that they can just take money without authorisation.
