Good, clean, basic rooms; friendly staff.
Liked: Near to Newcastle City Hall and train station; affordable prices.
Disliked: Orange juice at breakfast was tasteless - too diluted; noisy A/C; no shower curtain.

Disliked: Tad of a funky smell in the upper floor rooms and bathroom due to lack of ventilation I think

Friendly, Basic, Cheap!
Liked: Amazing price for a private room with shower/toilet, basic accommodation but all that is necessary is there and at a fraction of the price elsewhere. Friendly, easy-going staff. Close enough to the train station and the main shopping area.
Disliked: the toilet is a bit cramped; the room table could be bigger
