Avoid !

Liked: the cleaning lady and the young lady in the morning was helpful and nice. (Get another job you both deserve it)I could see the a bit of cathedral from the window. Nice view. The place has secret garden (which they don't maintain I'm sure) it was so pretty. There is brewery / pub just down the road, they serve good food and ale !
Disliked: I usually leave positive honest review but I have to say this stay was poor one, unfortunately. The room had HORRIBLE SMELL. THE SHOWER DOESN'T WORK. We simply COULD NOT go into the bathroom because the SMELL ! There is NO MANAGER on site (or anyone who's got responsibility) to talk about issue in the morning. (How can you leave the place in someone who doesn't know anything??) The room wasn't ready on check in time. The front lady simply don't know how to do proper customer service. there is too many bad things about this place. We've got offered 25% refund which we never recieved (We stayed 2 weeks ago)I think the owner(if it really exists) don't care about customers at all.

Convenient - but probably won't...

Liked: Very clean. Excellent location. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Supplies (eg milk) wasnot replaced for the second night of the stay; The room was very noisy - both from the street and from inside the hotel. Our room was on the ground floor next to the main entrance and people were standing talking in the corridor outside late at night; the walls were obviously very thin and we could hear every word. The room information said that ear plugs were provided, but there were none in the room as far as I could see.
