Yea really enjoyed ourself

Had a very enjoyable stay...
Liked: The staff were friendly and brilliant, when they saw we had a pushchair they immediately moved 1 room to the lower floor as there were no lifts available. This required swapping to a upgraded room at no cost to us. Very nice to be done.
Disliked: As we were only staying for 1 night and there was little to complain about but due to personal circumstance and timing we had it would been nice if check in was earlier so we didn't have to carry our bags around for the time prior to arriving at hotel.

Great location, easy access to...
Liked: Stayed in an executive room which was massive with an extremely comfy bed. Lovely brass chandelier from the ceiling.

The hotel dated inconvenient and...
Liked: Just the greeting from John on reception he was very helpful to us and always had a lovely smile and welcome for us.
Disliked: The place seemed souless most of the time we was there the bar shutters was down if you could find a member of staff the pumps was down and no Bacardi very limited to what we could drink and payed £9 for two cider bottles so we gave up trying. The breakfast was always rushed before you finished one course and the staff had a language barrier to understand us but the buffet food needs to be labelled for people with allergies example the juices we could not tell them apart. Did any of the musseli contain nuts. No condiments in the table and had to pinch a serviette from other table. The waitress one morning was eating her breakfast behind the bar area not a good look.the night staff need to be firmer when a late check in at 2.45 in the morning right under our window had a argument slamming the car door constantly.we did phone down to reception but the porter just stood at the door watching them instead of going to tell them they are disturbing guests.would we check in again with you NO the hotel is not user friendly for disabled people there is steps everywhere. No lift and if it wasn?t for John helping us with luggage etc we would have struggled. We was most disappointed with our visit we was so looking forward to our break away and came home disgruntled.
