Liked: Staff were lovely except for a guy who brought additional tea and milk (only 2 tea bags and milk pots in room on arrival) and hovered for a tip.
Disliked: Checked in just after lunch. Room was roasting and thermostat didn't seem to be working. Reported it to the housekeeper who agreed and said she'd call maintenance. We then went out. Came back about 11.30pm and room was still extremely hot (this was March). Tried to sleep on top of the bed but eventually got up at 6am because it was so hot and stuffy and had a cool bath! Heard apparent maintenance work going on overhead and fan came on shortly after. A pity it hadn't been done when first reported.

A disastrous stay
Liked: The facility and amenity weren't too bad.
Disliked: A fantastic complimenary food service in the fridge. One piece of pork pie, five pieces of honey&mustard sausage. They're all leftover. I asked the reception to take them away from the fridge but I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to come anyone up to the room. I asked to change the room but I was refused.I'm suspecting it's something to do with a racism. It's the most terrible experience ever to stay in a hotel.

Disliked: £5 Tray charges to room when already paid a food supplement of £6 for breakfast

Liked: The facilities were very good, and the staff were helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was very very poor. I also had an issue when paying for my room that I was charged for breakfast when checking out when I had aleady paid through booking.com. The issue was resolved well by the member of staff but I didn't enjoy having to query my bill
