Everything was good about our stay. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were amazing - had a really good night's sleep. Would recommend this hotel.

Liked: The cleanliness, the staff and the ability to go next door to the restaurant.
Disliked: Two small things but they do impact the overall enjoyment. Firstly, the TV remote didn't have a TV guide option. It meant having to click through loads of channels to see what was on. Maybe small but surprisingly irritating. Second, whilst the breakfast was fine, we only had side plates and when I asked, no dinner plates were available. Again a minor issue but it's a pain trying to get a cooked breakfast on a side plate

Very pleasant and comfortable stay,...
Liked: Staff were Very welcoming and friendly, Claire, Ras very pleasant and helpful. Room service, Blues Bar & Grill food great, especially the ribs.
Disliked: I would?ve prefer to have ironing facilities in own room rather than an ironing room. Breakfast better quality the first morning stay (Friday), weekend croissants not so fresh, rolls frozen.
