Took my son to watch Lancs T20 and stayed here for one night. Great location 10 minutes walk to cricket ground; rooms are fantastic; all staff were really helpful; would recommend Hotel Football to everyone. Thank you.
Liked: Great location; helpful and friendly staff.

I have zero interest in football and merely chose the hotel for location. However I did then choose a room overlooking the stadium (when in Rome!). Room decor, fittings and cleanliness were wonderful. Hotel itself was light, clean, modern and pleasant to pass through. Café Football food was super. And yes if you like football or if you don't it's fun to enjoy the theme and TVs with football on everywhere.
Liked: Everything! Staff were amazingly polite, helpful, friendly and attractive - and I'm female ;-)

Good but dont stay on...
Liked: Comfy beds, food in restaurant good. Breakfast is made to order for the full English so you may have a short wait for the food. Bar is busy even when United aren't at home, the City game was on TV in the bar and the bar was busy but quietened down after the game. Free mini bar, but it contains water, sweets and Vimto!!
Disliked: We were upgraded on arrival to a stadium view room on the 7th floor, great view of the East Stand if you are a Man U fan, rooms are not large, we had two suitcases and 2 carry on bags and the room was full, big drawback is the 8th floor is a football pitch, you hear every thump and bang of the ball up there in your room, we had just flown in and wanted a quick nap before going out-no chance with all the noise. Try to avoid this floor if possible

The stay was fanatastic, no...
Liked: The location and the atmosphere were incredible, which i think was mainly due to the football.
There is no doubt that you are @old Trafford
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit disappointing and maybe the staff could smile a bit more

Very good, we will stay...
Liked: The room was very clean and quite elegant. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfasts and the selections were very good with plenty of choice with the continental and from the menu. The evening menu was small but of a good standard.
Disliked: The main lighting in the room wasn't very good. But that seems to be the same where ever you go.
